Inspiration comes from many places; books, nature, people, fashion, you get the idea. Another one is music. Music can send you into a different world, can change your emotions from dismay to joy. And most of the time the song fits the painting…not in this case. I struggled with “Summer Devotion”. So many summer fun choices and none of them were working for me. I wasn’t happy until I finally had it and turned on some loud rock music to push my inspirational needs. Goes to show beauty can come in many different forms!
